Pet Lodge Client Relations Job Description
Lots of human and animal contact. Greet clients, admit boarding pets, maintain patient and client records, answer phone calls, direct clients to appropriate department. Must be able to keep calm under pressure. Must have people skills and fondness for pets. Facility is paper-light; computer skills are a must. Customer service experience mandatory.
