Tips for an Enjoyable Stay

It’s the next best thing to home! Our goal is to have each animal feel that way when they come through our doors! We treat each pet as if they were our family … because to us, they are. We understand that being away from home can cause anxiety, fear and stress for many pets. To make their experience more comfortable and enjoyable, here are a few tips for success:

• Get acclimated. You are welcome to bring your pet in for “happy visits” prior to boarding. They’ll get to meet our staff while we give them lots of treats, helping them to get comfortable and acclimated to our boarding facility.

• Comforts of home. Bring anything that you think will make your pet more comfortable: treats, a bed, or a favorite toy.

• Relax. Animals can pick up on our emotions; if we are overly anxious about leaving our pets, they will feel anxiety about their stay with us. We must do our best, as pet owners, to drop off our pets with confidence so they feel secure in their stay with us. They’ll love it here!
